Do I need council approval?
Our homes can be installed in any locations that caravans are legally permitted. Transform A Homes are on wheels, have their own VIN, are registerable and towable. This classifies them as a temporary, relocatable dwelling.

How long does delivery and setup take?
All products are built in our factory, based in Delaneys Creek QLD, with our average build time taking between 6 - 12 weeks, depending on production schedule.
We provide delivery and setup of our homes to your nominated site, requiring on average between 1-3 days before we hand over the keys to your new home.
