Afford A Home is proud of the work we've achieved since opening our doors in 2019. From large-scale commercial projects, to help support families who are downsizing or rebuilding their homes, each project is unique and rewarding.
Of course, the best part of each project is getting to know our clients during the process and helping bring their dream visions come to life.
Tourist Park
A regional NSW tourist park was looking to add short and long-term accommodation to their site. We placed 13 two-bedroom cabins with custom furniture packages into the park. Bringing a new family-friendly customer base for their business.
Production Village
A large fleet of 21 units were delivered and setup within two weeks for a short-term rental contract. The units were utilised as office spaces, utility storage, catering, hair and makeup trailer and editing suites.
Winery Accommodation
A winery in the Granite Belt was looking to add a variety of overnight accommodation to their business. They chose selection of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom cabins with custom furniture package. We delivered and setup the homes, including all furniture installation for their turn-key package.
Backyard Airbnb cabins
Darrell and Rosemary owned a large property in Stanthorpe and were looking for temporary housing while they renovated their main family home. They purchased 2 cabins that they intend to use as Airbnb accommodation once they move back into their renovated house.
Architectural Design Project
Afford A Home Group engaged award-winning tiny home architects based across Brisbane and Byron Bay to design new concepts for our signature 8m, expandable homes.
Emergency Housing
Afford A Home continues to work with insurance companies to provide emergency housing. We have delivered homes throughout NSW to help support people rebuild their homes after natural disasters strike.
